- Description
- The Department of State (DoS) intends to enter into negotiations with Integrated Communication Solutions, Inc., (ICS), 5260 Westview Drive, Frederick, MD 21703 for the issuance of a bridge contract for an additional twelve month period from March 14, 2012 through March 13, 2013. This will allow the Department of State, DTS-PO to complete the negotiation, award, and transition to the new competitive effort that has been initiated, but will not be completed prior to the expiration of the current contract SDTSPO-06C-0003 on March 13, 2012. ICS provides engineering, system integration, system operations, and systems support and maintenance services for the Department of State, DTS-PO. The services require a TS cleared facility and all contractor personnel assigned to the contract must possess a top-secret security clearance with SCI. All responsible sources shall respond by submitting a written narrative statement of capability, including detailed technical information and other technical information literature demonstrating the ability to meet the above requirements. Pricing data including GSA Schedule if applicable should be included. All correspondence must be made via email: stewartj@state.gov. All responses need to be provided in electronic format (.PDF preferred). Font should be Times New Roman, size 12. Responses should not exceed 10 pages. All packages submitted by email must be free of any computer virus. If a virus is found, the package will be destroyed and a replacement will be requested, which must be provided within three days after notification. The response must be sufficient to permit agency analysis to establish a bona fide capability to meet the requirement. No telephone requests will be honored. Failure to submit documentation will result in the Government proceeding with negotiations.
