Although the previous documentation generated on February 10, 2012 and February 13, 2012 was deleted, the information contained in those documents remains valid and unchanged with this amendment. This change was necessary due to hardware issues experienced by the FBO which resulted in erroneous system generated amendments. The purpose of this amendment is to: • Clarify the above issue • Incorporate responses, based on the questions received. • Revise the RFP Sections and Attachments The revisions have affected virtually every section of the solicitation. The changes may prompt more questions. Therefore, an additional Q&A period has been established and, the proposal due date has been extended from March 15, 2012 to April 9, 2012 (refer to RFP Section L.9 for further details).
