- Description
- Notice of the Government's Intent: The U. S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Contracting Office, under the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of Procurement Operations (OPO), intends to extend an existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract HSSCCG-06-D-00003 on a basis other than full and open competition for the National Customer Service Center (NCSC) under the USCIS Customer Service Directorate Office. This procurement action is anticipated as a modification to the contract HSSCCG-06-D-00003 that will extend the contract's period of performance by one month. The current contract ends February 29, 2012. The extended period of performance will be from March 1, 2012 to March 31, 2012. The value of the extension is estimated at $2,500,000.00. The proposed contractor is Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), 15000 Conference Center Drive, Suite 1 North, Chantilly, VA 20151 that currently performs services under HSSCCG-06-D-00003. The services the contractor will be required to provide are not limited to: • Establishing a contact center facility (ies), and requisite information technology infrastructure to support system and communication needs • Management support • Customer Service Representative (CSR) staffing • Implementation of contact center standard operating procedures • Creating business continuity of operations and contingency plans to ensure minimal disruption of service • Underlying technology knowledge and familiarity to capitalize on evolving; leading edge solutions while maintaining sufficient flexibility in design to adjust to fluctuations in call volumes to accommodate necessary expansion.
