- U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Purchase order to Kiple Acquisition Science Technology Logistics Engineering located at 1704 Conner Place, Forest Hill, MD 21050-2800. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541330 and the size standard is $4 million. The specific objective of this purchase order is to provide operational experience, subject matter expertise, equipment inspection, equipment repair, and inventory management support to the U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command (RDECOM)/Edgewood Chemical Biological Center (ECBC) in particular the Joint Service Aviation Mask (JSAM) fixed and rotary wing program. The purchase order will support RDECOM's individual Protection Programs in the areas of program inventory management, documentation support, test activities administration, and equipment management. Subject matter expertise is essential for the timely execution and fielding of Joint Service Individual Protection (JSIP) acquisition programs. Specifically, expertise in the Preventative Maintenance Checks & Services (PMCS) process is needed. Contract period of performance is three (3) months. This contract is unclassified.
