- The Mission & Installation Contracting Command- Mission Contracting Office - Fort Dix, intends to solicit & award an acquisition for child care services for an anticipated 100 children of soldiers returning from deployment. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to provide the requested services. The place of performance is Poconos, PA for the first event and Niagara Falls, NY for the second event. The period of performance for this effort is from 14 April- 10 June 2012. The resultant contract is anticipated to be a Firm-Fixed Price type contract. This acquisition is issued as a 100% Small Business Set Aside procurement under the primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 624410 and a related small business size standard of $7Milion. This synopsis is provided for informational purposes and is not to be considered a request for quote/proposal; however, all responsible sources may submit a quote/proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Solicitation Number W911S1-12-T-0065 is assigned for reference purposes. The entire solicitation will be made available on or about 10 February 2012 via the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The required response date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-55. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. Please be advised that hard copies of the solicitation will not be made available; you must download solicitation documents from the ASFI. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) in order to transact business with the government. Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in the CCR may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in the CCR at the time of award.
