Description
1.Under Task Requirements, item #2 states the following:"Certification of course participation or certification for fist aid/CPR training or NSC DC testing as agreed." Question: Will contractor be expected to certify participants in specific topic areas after the training or is this a requirement for certification of "participation?"RESPONSE: It depends upon the course offered. Some courses need certificate others will suffice with participation certs. See amendment one Course schedule OUTLINE.2.Under Reporting Requirements, item # 2 states "?~600 participants are expected." Question: Is this 600 participants expected per r training session or the total for all 3 sessions? RESPONSE: A total of ~200 per location. 3.Under Government Provided Material it states that "Draft course outlines of acceptable classes." will be provided.Questions: Is this information available now to respondents? If so, may we get a obtain this draft course outline?RESPONSE: There was a class schedule attached to amendment one. The bidders are expected to be safety program training companies. The BIA is paying for their expertise on what can and what can't be certified. 4.Regarding the Price Estimate our questions are: "Given that it is a 3 day session, will the contractor be expected to provide meals/lunch? No."Can these meals be included in the cost estimate to be covered by the government? No 5.Section M3 - FACTOR i- Technical Capability Proposal: Questions: "Is the "Scope of Work" document the same as the Statement of Work that is referred to in this section?"If not, can we be provided with the complete Statement of Work?They are the same.6.Under the Contract Clauses: section, it states that Offerers Representations and Certifications are due to the BIA, Navajo Regions al Office by January 20, 2012. Questions"Can we submit our Representations and Certifications to you now or should it come with our proposal?"What does the term "emergency response" refer to in this section? Emergency response was an error made by the Contracting Officer. It is changed in amendment 1. Reps and certs should come with the proposal.
