Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) SP4707-12-Q-0025. This RFQ is for an offeror to provide the services listed below to the HDI Federal Center in Battle Creek, MI. ITEM SUPPLIES/SERVICES QTY UNIT UNIT-PRICE TOTAL Hardware Maintenance Onsite support 05 EA and Software Technical unlimited support Model RP4440 OS HP UX 11i 12 Month period of performance As listed below 4 hour onsite response for hardware, Standard response time for software Hardware problem diagnosis Onsite support parts and material provided 24hrs standard office days 24 hrs day 6 24 hrs day 7 Holiday covered Defective Media Retention SW Technical Support SW Electronic Support SW Updates Equipment locations: Tracy, CA Server trahp54 S/N: USE4443K66 Dayton, OH Server dayhp51 S/N: USE4439HDK Server dayhp50 S/N: USE4433E90 Server dayhp52 S/N: USE4439HB9 Server dayhp53 S/N: USE4439HB8 This requirement is 100% set aside for small business. NAICS code is 541519 and the size standard is $25,000,000 or 150 employees. The resulting contract or order will be firm-fixed price. The Government will make award to the responsible offeror who has the lowest price and is technically acceptable. To be technically acceptable, offerors must provide information showing that they have service personnel trainined to maintain this equipment and it operating software. Offerors unable to provide this information will be deemed technically unacceptable. Offerors whose quotes are deemed to be technically unacceptable shall receive no further consideration and will not be eligible for award.
