1.Requirements: The VA's Improve Veteran Mental Health (IVMH) Initiative is purchasing hardware and software to support content design for the My Recovery Plan (MRP) program. The items being purchased include software, computer with monitor, hard drive, and graphics card. These enhancements satisfy the funded Information Technology (IT) work in support of the IVMH Operating Plan.
