Description
Salient Characteristics SOURCES SOUGHT FOR 16 Channel HF High Intercept Amplifier Chassis: Electronic Systems Center, Cryptologic Systems Division, Contracting Branch, Division, Lackland AFB, San Antonio, TX, is seeking sources capable of providing 8 each 16 Channel HF High Intercept Amplifier Chassis with salient characteristics as listed in the attachment. This notice is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a formal solicitation or an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any items. The Government is not liable for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this request for information. The purpose of this request for information is to determine the capability of potential sources and the availability of sources pursuant to FAR Part 10. This is open to both large and small businesses. No technical data/drawings/technical orders are available. If a firm believes it is capable of providing this exact item, please send an email to the Contracting Officer within fifteen days of this announcement. Those interested firms must indicate whether they are a large, small, small disadvantaged, 8(a) or women owned business and whether they are located in U.S. or foreign owned. An ESC Ombudsman has been appointed to consider and facilitate the resolution of concerns from offerors, potential offerors, and others for this acquisition. Before consulting the Ombudsman concerned parties should first address their concerns, issues, disagreements, and/or recommendation to the Contracting Officer for resolution. In addition, AFFARS 5352.201-9101, Ombudsman, will be included in this acquisition's solicitation and contract.
