Description

MODIFICATION SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS. The purpose of this modification is to revise the Experience Item 1) and the Bonding Capacity minimum, as cited in the original sources sought notice. 1) Experience: Using the Sources Sought Information Form, submit a maximum of five (5) projects describing the following: Describe the government or commercial contracts/projects your firm has completed in the last 5 years showing your experience in the design and construction of new facilities of similar in size, scope, and complexity as indicated in this announcement. Projects must meet the following requirements in order to be considered: minimum of 15,000 gross square feet in a single building, include two or more buildings within the project/contract, minimum project cost of $15,000,000, and construction completion no earlier than 31 July 2007. Construction must be complete as of the date of submission. For each of the contracts/projects submitted for experience, provide the title; location; whether prime or subcontractor work; contract or subcontract value; type of contract; if design-build; contract completion date; customer point of contact including phone number; and a narrative description of the product/services provided by your firm. Indicate whether you have an established working relationship with the design firm. Bonding capacity: Minimum of $100,000,000.
