- Synopsis and Solicitation COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION 2012 ODC TRAINING CONFERENCE HOTELS/CONFERENCE ROOM/MEETING SPACE TO INCLUDE AUDIOVISUAL AND WEBCASTING SERVICES GS-00P-12-CZ-P-0003 Location: Washington, DC Metro Area Description NAICS/721110,541920 The General Services Administration (GSA) Office of Design and Construction, (ODC), Program Management Support is seeking sources to provide hotel guestrooms/meeting space and audiovisual and webcasting services. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotations/proposals are being requested. The solicitation number is GS-00P-12-CZ-P-0003. This RFP is being issued unrestricted and TO HOTEL PROVIDERS IN THE WASHINGTON, DC AREA only. Special consideration will be given to Virginia if location is in close proximity to the Metro. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the FAR, Federal Acquisition Regulation. The NAICS code for the HOTELS/CONFERENCE ROOM/MEETING SPACE RENTAL is 721110. The NAICS code for the AUDIOVISUAL/WEBCASTING SERVICES is 541920. The Contracting Officer intends to award a contract for all services to include the blocking of single occupancy sleeping rooms, procuring meeting space and audiovisual/ webcasting services or award a contract for separate services depending upon the contractors' proposals for the ODC TRAINING CONFERENCE to be held in the Washington, DC area between 30 June, 2012 and 27 July 2012. The Conference is scheduled for a period of two days. Requirement Location: Only facilities located in the Washington, DC Metro accessible area (to include VA) will be considered for CLIN 0001. The Audiovisual/ Webcasting Services, CLINS 0002, 0003, and 0004, may be viewed as subcontracting opportunities for this acquisition. The following clauses apply: FAR52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items (June 2008); FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items (Jan 1999); applied to this solicitation. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror (s) whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, based upon technical capability and price, when combined technical capability is more important price. The following clauses apply to this Synopsis/Solicitation: FAR 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executives Orders.
