- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Texas City: Houston Delineated Area: North: From the intersection of Richey Road and FM 1960 traveling in an easterly direction to the intersection of Kenswick Drive and FM 1690. East: From the intersection of Kenswick Drive to the intersection of Will Clayton Parkway, continuing south to the intersection of Lee Road and Greens Road. South from the intersection of Lee Road and Greens Road continuing past the intersection of JFK Blvd. and Greens Road to Aldine Westfield Road. West: From the intersection of Aldine Westfield Road and Richey Road. Northwest: From the intersection of Aldine Westfield Road and the intersection of Richey Road to the intersection of Richey Road and FM 1960. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. Expressions of Interest should include the following: 1)Building name and address, and location of space in the building. 2)CAD drawing of space offered. 3)ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet 4)Rentable Square Feet Offered 5)Percentage of Common Area Factor used to determine the Rentable Square Feet, if any. 6)Estimated full service rental rate with a reference to the amount of tenant improvement allowance that is included in the proposed rate. 7)Number of parking spaces available on the premises. 8)Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted. 9)In cases where expressions of interest are submitted by brokers/agents, evidence of written authorization to represent the building's ownership. 10)Name of the building owner.
