- ******* 2/2/1012 - This amendment corrects the US Forest Service solicitation number to: Wallowa_Whitman_NF_Road_77 ******** OR FS ERFO 101-1202, Wallowa-Whitman 2010 ERFO Repairs, Wallowa-Whitman National Forest, Baker County, Oregon. This project consists of multiple repair sites with excavation, riprap, reinforced soil slope, aggregate and other small items of work. See "Description of Work and Map" for additional details. To receive email notification for this project, please register as an interested vender by clicking on the "Add me to interested venders" box at the bottom of this page. Site Access: The site is currently under snow and accessible only by snowmobile. Project photos will be included with the solicitation documents. This solicitation is offered as a SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Tentatively, work shall be completed by September 20, 2012. Estimated PRICE RANGE is between $1 million and $2 million. This paragraph announces possible financing available to small businesses. The three types of businesses that are eligible to receive a loan through this program are: (1) Firms that have received DBE certification from a state or local transportation agency; (2) Eligible small business firms; and (3) Firms that have received a disability rating by the Veteran's Administration and have certified themselves as a SDVOSB. Start-up businesses are not eligible to receive a STLP line of credit and should contact the SBA for information about other possible forms of financial assistance. (NOTE - This paragraph does not reserve this solicitation for these types of business): The Department of Transportation's (DOT) Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts.
