Clarification for IDIQ Multiple Award Architect Requirement. Engineering firms may compete for this requirement. FAR 52.219-14(c) applies. If you qualify for one of the small business programs previously outlined in this RFP announcement, state the small business program on the cover of your SF 330. Additionally, all firms should include their DUNS number on the cover of the SF 330. All responses (SF 330's) are to be received by the Contract Specialist no later than 10:00AM, February 6, 2012.
