- Source of Sought The Anchorage VA Medical Center, located at 2925 DeBarr Road, Anchorage, Alaska, is conducting research to determine if there are any GSA/FSS or small businesses contractors, which can provide surgical toe implants. Thus far, market research indicates that there are not any GSA/FSS or small businesses that can fulfill this requirement. This is not a solicitation DESCRIPTION: Smart Toe Implants designed specifically for hammertoe arthrodesis. X-Fuse intramedulary superlastic implant for PIP. Arthrodesis both reduce risk of infection due to pin track. Both reduce risk of non union.
