- 3RD QTR FY 12 Cover Sheet and RFQP06101200004 The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) Metropolitan Correctional Center (MCC) San Diego is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) #RFQP06101200004, for subsistence products.
