- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: CO City: Denver Delineated Area: Central Business District Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 8503 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 11000 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 1 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 Option Term: Additional Requirements: The building must meet ISC Level II security requirements at a minimum. Additional security measures beyond Level II would be preferable. Government employees will require access to the space 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with electronic access, key or a security alarm access code. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 500 year flood plain.
