Description

The USDA Forest Service is interested in considering alternative space if it would be economically advantageous and the availability of space that can potentially satisfy the requirements. The determination to relocate will consider, among other things, the following: incurred costs through relocating such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements, telecommunications infrastructure and the non-productive agency downtime. We currently occupy a total of 20,007 RSF, which consists of 15,390 SF of office, 1,300 SF of conference/training, 470 SF of storage and 93 parking spaces for employees, visitors and government fleet. Expressions of interest must be submitted to the above address by 4:30 EST on February16, 2012, and must include the following information: 1. Building name, address and location of the available space within the building; 2. SF available and the expected rental rate per ABOA SF, fully serviced; 3. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any; 4. Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building; 5. List of building services provided. The Government's decision regarding whether to relocate will be based, in part, on information received in response to this advertisement.
