- Hose, Dual Wall, NSN 4720-01-072-6479. Approved Sources: Eaton Aerospace Ltd. (K2523) P/N 556-1-10542; HS Marston Aerospace Ltd. (U1603) P/N 556-1-10542 This is an unrestricted procurement and there are no drawings/specifications available. This item is a Critical Safety Item, and alternate offers will not be considered. 16 pieces solicited, to be shipped to New Cumberland, PA and Tracy, CA. The evaluation factors will be Price, Past Performance, and Proposed Delivery. Past Peformance and Proposed Delivery when combined, are approximately equal to price. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the Contracting Officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. Copies of this solicitation will be available on the DSCC DIBBS website on or about 2/3/11.
