Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is VA528-12-Q-0115 and is issued as a Request for Quotes. This requirement is restricted to Small Businesses and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333312 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The SBA has issued a class waiver for the non-manufacturing of items NAICS code 333312. All Offerors must be registered in CCR at http://www.ccr.gov. This acquisition covers equipment replacement, furnishing, and installation of equipment within a laundry process facility. Any changes to the building to accommodate performance of the equipment will be the responsibility of the successful offeror. The successful offeror will be responsible for the removal of all trade in equipment. See RFQ VA528-12-Q-0115 for the comprehensive list of equipment required, scope of work, delivery and acceptance procedures, and all applicable clauses. The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, and supplies In order to receive e-mail notification of amendments, you must register in FedBizOpps to Receive Notification of amendments. Offerors are responsible for obtaining and acknowledging all amendments to this solicitation prior to the closing date and time of the solicitation. The closing date of this RFQ is February 20, 2012 at 1:00pm. Requests for information must be submitted in writing.
