- DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) Market Research Questions Sources Sought Synopsis This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Synopsis for Technical Order Distribution Office (TODO) and Maintenance Services at Tinker AFB, OK in support of the 76th Maintenance Wing. The following information is provided to assist the Air Force in conducting a Market Research of Industry to identify potential contractors for this effort. Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center (OC-ALC), Enterprise Acquisition (PKEA) will award a single contract. The purpose of the contract is to provide Tinker AFB with annual support as required to establish and maintain new and existing paper and digital Technical Order libraries, manage Technical Order (TO) quantities, distribution, file data maintenance, copying whole or portions of paper Tech Orders, and routine and annual inspections. The Air Force will acquire these services through an Air Force Source Selection. It is anticipated that the contract will be a one-year basic with four one-year options contract with a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) pricing arrangement. Potential offerors are requested to complete the attached Market Survey. Any information submitted by respondents to this synopsis is strictly voluntary. This synopsis does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP) or an Invitation for Bids (IFB), nor does its issuance restrict the Government as to its ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will neither award a contract solely on the basis of this notice, nor pay for any information that is submitted by respondents to the Sources Sought request.
