Ft. (ABOA): 77,645 USF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 89,291 RSF Space Type: Office and Related Space Parking Spaces (Total): [ …… ] Parking Spaces (Surface): [ …… ] Parking Spaces (Structured): [ …… ] Parking Spaces (Reserved): [ …… ] Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: One 5 year Renewal Option Additional Requirements: Space must be contiguous in a single building The building rental rate price quote must be for a Class A quality, of substantial construction of the type generally recognized as contemporary space which meets all current applicable, state and local government building codes, GSA lease requirements including the following: Fire and Safety; OSHA, Seismic Protection LEED; Energy Star; Accessibility; etc. The price quote should be based on a fully serviced rental rate with tenant improvement allowance of $50.64 per usable square foot.
