- Description
- Synopsis: Procure Medical/Surgical Equipment for the Portland VA Medical Center. This is for Cardia Probes for use with the CCS-200 25mm Daimeter Flat Face Probe. And Maze Linear Probe. The contractor shall provide all equipment, hardware and manuals. The proposed items are NIM Response 3.0 Brand. If equal items are offered then they must meet the salient characteristics stated in the solicitation. This procurement is restricted utilizing cascading procedures giving first opportunity to Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). See FAR Provision 52.212-2 for specific evaluation criteria. All Offerors must be registered in CCR at http://www.ccr.gov to be eligible for award. NAICS 339112 applies-size standard is 500 Employees. In order to receive e-mail notification of amendments, you must register in FedBizOpps to Receive Notification of amendments. Offerors are responsible for obtaining and acknowledging all amendments to this solicitation prior to the closing date and time of the solicitation.
