Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division (NSWC PCD), Panama City, Florida, is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items for the design, fabrication, test and delivery of integrated hydraulic cylinders (IECs). A Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) type contract is anticipated. The successful offeror shall manufacture three (3) prototypes in accordance with form, fit, and function of Government specifications and shall deliver the prototypes for Government test within 90 days after contract award. The three (3) prototypes will be the minimum quantity of supplies to be furnished under the contract. The contract will contain an option for ordering additional IECs up to 100 units. This requirement is for full and open competition on an unrestricted basis. Delivery will be FOB destination to the Naval Support Activity, Panama City, Receiving Officer, Building 100, 101 Vernon Ave, Panama City Beach, FL 32407-7018. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 333995 applies. The Small Business Size standard is 500 employees; FSC 2590.
