- Solicitation is for 10 NSNs under PR IQC12018009042 for various items. This is an unrestricted procurement which requires FOB: Destination with Inspection/Acceptance: Destination. There is one approved source of supply for these Items, JLG Industries, Inc., CAGE 1YHH8. Delivery will be as listed above for the production units. Surge requirements are applicable to NSNs listed with a *. Specifications relating to the procurement cannot be furnished by the government. The award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors. A copy of the solicitation will not be available as the intent is to add these items to contract SPM4A6-11-D-0287 via a letter RFP through the add/delete clause. The solicitation issue date is on or about 16 Feb 2012."
