Box 3700, Loveland CO, 80539-3003. Physical Address for hand carried bids or overnight delivery bids: Western Area Power Administration, 5555 East Crossroads Boulevard, Loveland CO, 80538. Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region, has a requirement for a contractor to provide all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and any other resources necessary to complete this project. The work includes, but is not limited to installing one 230/115-kV transformer, two 230-kV breakers, one 115-kV breaker and associated equipment. The work is located in Weld County, Colorado. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and 5,000,000. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 237130 and the applicable size standard is $33,500,000. This procurement will be issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The solicitation, specifications and drawings, and any subsequent amendments will only be available in electronic format, downloadable from the internet. No CD-ROMs or hardcopy documents will be distributed. It is anticipated that the solicitation, specifications and drawings will be available for download at http://www.fbo.gov on or about January 25, 2012.
