- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE is CAMP DODGE IOWA This solicitation is unrestricted and award will be made based on Best Value to the Government considering requirements listed below. The NAICS code is 445110. FOB Destination pricing is required. Delivery charges, if applicable, must be included in quote. Period of performance is 25 Feb 12 - 10 Mar 12 DESCRIPTION OF COMMODITY: Description of commodity: Various subsistence /rations. Deliveries will need to be made every other day for the entire performance period. Orders will be delivered to Camp Dodge in Iowa. Please quote the following: See attached for quoting Quantities and items could vary. Contractor must comply with all Local, State and Federal laws relating to food and transportation. Vendor will be given advance notice of definite quantities prior to delivery The Government reserves the right to not make an award at all. Quotations are being solicited and a not to exceed purchase order is anticipated. OFFERS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 12:00pm, LOCAL TIME, Friday., 2/3/12. Completed provisions and offers may be emailed to kim.pohl@us.army.mil or faxed to 517-481-7847. Offeror must be capable of receiving payment via WAWF and be registered with the Central Contracting Registry (CCR) with a valid DUNS Number and CAGE Code (http://www.ccr.gov). Quotation evaluation factors will be: Best Value to the Government, Price, Delivery, Prior Performance, and Ability to meet the government requirements with each being equally considered. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government.
