- ***This announcement constitutes a Notice of Contracting Action (NOCA) issued by the Electronics Systems Group, Hanscom AFB, MA 01731-1700. The Air Force intends to issue a Fixed Price contract to The Northrop Grumman Corporation, Linthicum, MD, pursuant to the authority of FAR 6.302-4, (International Agreement), authorized under 10 U.S.C 2304-(c)4. This Foreign Military Sales (FMS) directed sole source acquisition will be for the procurement of material components and accessories as well as repair/return of existing assemblies and parts in support of the existing Fuerza Aerea del Peru TPS-70 Radar Spares and Repair Program. This purchase will be made under the Negotiation Procedures in accordance with FAR 15.0002 Sole Source Acquisition. The anticipated award date is 28 April 2012. The period of performance shall be from contract award thru April 2014. This notice is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or solicitation for supplies or services. Further, this notice doe! s not constitute a commitment by the Government nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach to acquiring the stated supplies and services.
