The address is 1369 State Highway 17A, Warwick, New York."approximate coordinates are: 74.2852N and 41.2453W (Latitude/Longitude, Decimal Degrees format, NAD 1983 datum)Tract 284-43: Consist of the remains of a 2,244 square foot two-story ranch style house. The structure was constructed in 1980. On or about February 18, 2010, this structure was significantly damaged in a fire and the building was a complete loss. However, the materials and debris from the building remain on site. "The approximate coordinates are: 74.28159N and 41.2467W (Latitude/Longitude, Decimal Degrees format, NAD 1983 datum) The objective of the contract is to remove all structures and debris, dispose of all materials, close the well and septic systems according to Federal, State and local regulations, remove the underground storage tanks and aboveground storage tank (UST/AST), and grade, seed and fertilize the site for both of the above referenced tracts.
