- Description
- The VA Medical Center located in Saginaw, Michigan, has a requirement for a Mental Health Provider to provide all labor, material, personnel and professional expertise to provide veterans readjustment counseling services in the Cheboygan, Michigan area. Contract period will be one year from date of award (approximately January 1, 2012) with four one-year option periods exercised at the option of the Government. Total contract duration will not exceed 5 years. It is the VA's intent to solicit offers and award one contract on a competitive basis. This procurement will be conducted utilizing the simplified acquisition procedures of FAR 13 and will be advertised as a small business set-aside. The applicable NAICS code is 621330. The associated size standard is $7.0 Million average annual receipts for the preceding three years. Request for quotes will be available on or about November 28, 2011 and will be due on or about December 20, 2011. The solicitation will be issued electronically and will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities website https://www.fedbizopps.gov. The contractor shall be regularly established in providing these services for a minimum of at least three (3) years. Contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at https://orca.bpn.gov/login.aspx.
