- NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego intends to issue a sole source purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 to J.D.C.I Enterprise, INC., 12301 Metro Parkway, Fort Myers, FL 33966-1314. The proposed contract is for acquiring parts for the upgrade of 34 ™ SEAARK Patrol Boat Trailers. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation document is available. Interested parties shall submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. Responses are due by Wednesday, January 25th, 2012 at 3:00 PM, Pacific Standard Time, via email ONLY.
