ADQ is 2,937 EA, ADV is $1,278,945, and Total ADV including option years is $6,394,725; Small Business size standard is 500 employees; Specifications, plans, and drawings are I/A/W NSN 6650-01-317-9138; The bidset is full and open; While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation as described in the solicitation; All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. Dollars; All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which may be considered by the agency.
