- This pre-solicitation notice is for an exhaust system for a maintenance bay, to be delivered and installed in Wilkes Barre, PA. The award will be a fixed price contract with a delivery date of 30 days after award of a contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 333412, size standard of 500. Prospective Contractors must be a Small Business, as verified on Central Contractor Register (CCR) and Online Representations & Certifications Application (ORCA). The solicitation will be posted on or about 20 January 2012 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The due date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Internet site, www.ccr.gov, under the appropriate small business category and NAICS. A date and time for a site visit will be posted in the solicitation.
