- GSA, FAS intends to establish a à   œnot to exceed ONE year (1 yrs) Standing Price Quote SPQ for 1 National Stock Number (NSN) in the FSC 8010. The SPQ will begin on the date of award and will not exceed a one year period. All quotes for this SPQ are to be FOB Origin Prepay and Add. Please see details of the solicitation included in the Cover Pages. NOTE THIS IS A BRAND NAME ITEM. Clauses that apply to all GSA Heartland Supply Operations Center, open market orders apply to this SPQ. Award could be based on past performance, price and/or delivery.
