Description

The VA Medical Center located in Detroit, Michigan, has a requirement for a Mental Health Provider(s) to provide all labor, material, personnel and professional expertise to provide veterans readjustment counseling services in the Pontiac, Michigan area. Contract period will be one year from date of award (approximately March 1, 2012) with four one-year option periods exercised at the option of the Government. Total contract duration will not exceed 5 years. It is the VA's intent to solicit offers and award one or more contracts on a competitive basis. This procurement will be conducted utilizing the simplified acquisition procedures of FAR 13 and will be advertised as a small business set-aside. The applicable NAICS code is 621330. The associated size standard is $7.0 Million average annual receipts for the preceding three years. Quotes for this requirement are due on February 3, 2012, 4pm EST. This solicitation will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities website https://www.fedbizopps.gov. The contractor shall be regularly established in providing these services for a minimum of at least three (3) years. Contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at https://orca.bpn.gov/login.aspx.
