Description

Limited Source Justification This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. This is a notice of a modification based on a limited source to Palladian Partners of Silver Spring, Maryland. In accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a) (1) (C), this acquisition was conducted under the authority of GSA's Multiple Award Schedule. The Office of Justice Programs (OJP) modified Task Order 2008F_08104 to extend the period of performance by three months from January 11, 2012 to April 10, 2012. The three-month extension is necessary to prevent an interruption of publication and communication services, while OJP evaluates proposals that were submitted in response to RFQ DJONIQ1203 from vendors under GSA Federal Supply Schedule 541, ADVERTISING AND INTEGRATED MARKETING SOLUTIONS (AIMS). RFQ DJONIQ1203 was issued through the GSA's e-Buy Website. The estimated cost for the three-month extension is $93,005.00.
