Description
Solicitation for NSN 1680-01-475-6460 / PR 0043868357, Bell Helicopter Textron Inc part number: 412-040-601-107, Coupling Assembly, Aircraft. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. This is a critical safety item. It is also a critical application and configuration controlled item. The only approved source for this item is Bell Helicopter Textron Inc (CAGE: 97499). This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price contract for 102 each. The required delivery schedule is 179 days ARO, FOB origin, inspection and acceptance at origin. ABVS applies; the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS homepage, select "Requests for Proposal (RFP)" under the Solicitations heading. In the Search Categories click Solicitation Number and type in the RFP # you wish to download in Search Value(s) and click the Submit button. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF).
