- Solicitation for Aircraft Refurb (FA4460-12-T-0015) (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are being requested. (ii) This solicitation, FA4460-12-T-0015, shall serve as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-55 (Effective 3 JAN 2012). (iv) This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 336413 and the small business size standard is 1000 Employees. (v-vi) Orcon Part Number 56410 (Duct Insulation)-Description : LACG597 C1B.5"x36"x25'#36118 DARK GREY Duct insulation, class 1B, conforms to LACG597, 7 oz per square yard, neoprene facing, fiberglass Batting conforms to MIL-B-5924, backing is glass cloth rated at 1200 degrees conforming to MIL-Y-1140, federal standard color 36118, or equal. Orcon Part Number 5941 (Duct Backing)- Description: LAC-26-871 #36118 38" DK.GREY Cloth, glass coated neoprene, conforms to LAC26-871, 7 oz per square yd, 38" wide, federal standard color 36118, or equal. Orcon Part Number 3069 (Cargo Backing) Description: MIL-C-22787 T1 #36118 54" D. Grey, 100 yards long Neoprene coated cloth conforms to MIL-C-22787, 50-54 width, federal standard color 36118 Comes in 100 yard rolls, or equal. Orcon Part Number: 20014 (S05978-006-00)(Headliner) Description: Headliner 20JB8-8F/36118/9/PF3 DK GREY Textured PVC, perforated, back side is knit fabric bonded to 1/8 foam rubber as a backside, total weight is 24 oz. per square yard federal standard color 36118, or equal. Please see attached SF 1449 Solicitation FA4460-12-T-0015 for CLIN details. (vii) The contractor shall deliver no later than 30 days after contract date. FOB: Destination for delivery to Little Rock AFB, AR 72099. (viii-xiii) The provisions and clauses listed in the attached SF 1449 Solicitation FA4460-12-T-0015 apply to this acquisition. The Government reserves the right to award on a multiple award or an all or none basis. All firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database at www.ccr.gov in order to be considered for award. It is recommended that responding offerors register on ORCA (http: //orca.bpn.gov) / ensure ORCA is current. (xiv) Quotes are required to be received by the 19th Contracting Squadron NO LATER THAN 2:00 P.M. CST, Monday, 6 February 2012.
