- This notice is to announce that this NSN will be solicited in the near future. This is not a Solicitation / Request for Proposal. The Solicitation / Request for Proposal will be forth coming and will be available via the DSCC Website address (URL) is http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp/. Issue date is on or about 02/01/12, with the Response date on or around 03/21/12. Note: Copies of this solicitation will only be available via the World Wide Web. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. The response date referenced above is estimated. Purchase request number is: IQC12012009037 ; and NSN is: 5945-01-170-5826. Nomenclature: Solenoid, Electrical. Authorized sources are: Hawker Pacific Aerospace (53583) and Meggitt Aerospace LTD. (K1037), Authorized part number is: ACM29050 (for both vendors). This will be an IDPO BASIC purchase contract with possibly up to 4 option years. Various incremental quantities will be solicited. The basic quantity will be for approximately 10 each. All Delivery Orders will be shipped to either Tracy, CA, or New Cumberland, PA. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. While price is a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. Adequate data for the evaluation of alternate offers is not available at the procurement agency. The offeror must provide a complete data package including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation. Alternate offers may only be submitted during the solicitation and are not permitted after award. The Federal Acquisition Regulation has been amended to require offerors to submit representations and certifications electronically via the Business Partner Network. The ORCA can be found at http://orca.bpn.gov. Failure to register with ORCA could cause your proposal to be deemed non-responsive.
