- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Isolation & Bariatric Room Bldg 2 FL 3 (659-12-001) The Department of Veterans Affairs, 1601 Brenner Avenue, Salisbury, North Carolina has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, material, supplies, equipment, transportation, permits, license and qualified supervision for Project 659-12-001 Isolation & Bariatric Room Bldg 2 FL 3 at the Salisbury VA Medical Center, Salisbury, North Carolina. The work will consist of general demolition, construction, plumbing, mechanical and electrical work necessary to renovate space and update finishes in the building. All work performed must meet all applicable codes and regulations and be in strict accordance with the contract drawing and specifications. The period of performance is 120 days for the entire project. Estimated construction cost is between $25,000 and $100,000. This is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The specifications, drawings and amendments/notices, if any, will be posted on this web site. Proposals will be due 30 days after issuance of the solicitation. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for proposals. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this notice.
