Description

The Fleet Logistic Supply Command FLC Norfolk, Groton Contracting Office, Groton, CT intends to award a sole source purchase order to: Vanguard Industries for NWU Insignias for the Navy Clothing Textile Research Facility in Natick, MA. This purchase will be done under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 20 January 2012. This notice is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
