- The purpose of this special notice is to notify industry of the Test Execution Services and Launch Augmentation (TESTLA) acquisition update to be included at the Industry Day scheduled for Design, Development, Demonstration and Integration (D3I). D3I Industry Day/TESTLA Update is January 24, 2012. Registration for the conference must be made on-line with the Jackson Center in Huntsville, AL. Registration instructions for Industry Day are located in Attachment 1. Information on the D3I acquisition and one-on-one sessions is located at the following D3I link. https://www.fbo.gov/spg/USA/SMDC/DASG60/D3I-SPECIALNOTICE2/listing.html TESTLA Update will not include one-on-one sessions.
