Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Services for Bronze Fixed Support Solicitation Number: VA-250-12-I-0134 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Louis Stokes VA Medical Center intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-2, Unusual and Compelling Urgency based on proprietary issues and compatibility requirements. The VA intends to solicit and negotiate with Varian Medical Systems 660 N McCarthy Blvd, Milpitas, CA 95035 regarding a Performance Audit for a Bronze Fixed Support Agreement. The Period of Performance would be from 1/1/2012 through 9/30/2012 This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
