Description

This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice only. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intents to solicit proposals and award multiple contracts on a competitive basis to preferred providers who can provide the supplies for the Dialysis unit. The Contractor shall provide the dialysis unit with supplies whose products are most compatible with the level of patient care provided at the unit at the VA Medical Center, Memphis, TN. Supplies will be ordered as needed by the COTR. Historical data for this type of service indicates that supplies are normally required each month. At times, supplies may be required more than once a month and at other times, supplies may not be required in certain months. When supplies are required, the COTR will coordinate a schedule with the Contractor. The offeror shall supply the VA Medical Center, located at: 1030 Jefferson Avenue, Memphis, TN 38104. This will be a Base plus 4 Option Years contract. Base period of performance is expected to begin on/about 1 February 2012 to 31 January 2013. The solicitation number is VA249-12-Q-0144 document as this time. The NACIS code is 423450 and Business size is 100 employees.
