- Solicitation Contractor Performance Evaluation Survey Performance Work Statement The Government intends to award a contract for the Student Exchange Visitors Program (SEVP) I-901 Fee System. Offerors must comply with the requirements of the attached solicitation document and Performance Work Statement. The Government reserves the right not to award a contract in response to this solicitation if it determines that it is not in the Government best interest. Requirement: The contractor shall provide the required SEVP I-901 Form Fee Collection and Receipting activities and related services as specified in the attached Performance Work Statement (collectively referred to as "required I-901 Fee Services"), for the purpose of expediting the collection of fees and applications related to, and in support of, SEVP operations. The period of performance for this requirement is estimated to be five (5) years consisting of a base year and four one year options. Evaluation of options shall not obligate the Government to exercise the option(s). The Contracting Officer (CO) may send relevant requests for clarification, in writing, to the Offeror(s). The CO may also request clarification of information contained in the pricing proposal(s) or any other aspect of the proposal(s). All clarification requests will require a written response from the Offeror within the time frames established by the CO. Responses to clarification questions will not be considered "discussions". An Industry Day, pre-proposal conference, will be held for this requirement as follow: IPR 1st Floor Auditorium 2451 Crystal Drive Arlington, VA 22202 Date: January 19, 2012 Time: 10:00 am - 1:00pm. Potential offerors shall submit the quantity and names of individuals that will attend the Industry Day to the CO no later than 2:30pm CST, 13 Jan 2012. Information may be submitted via email or fax only preferably on a document containing the company letter head. The Government will accept questions regarding the requirement until 23 Jan 2012. All inquiries related to this requirement must be submitted to the CO in writing.
