Description

Attachment 1 - Wage Determination Addendum to SF 1449 SF 1449 The Social Security Administration requires periodic preventive maintenance of the Uninterruptable Power Source (UPS) for the facility located at Richmond, California. The government intends to award a firm fixed priced contract for a one-year base period with 4 addtional option years for these services. Attached to this announcement is the RFQ, which includes the SF 1449, the addendum to the SF 1449 with the Statement of Work and terms and conditions, and Attachment 1- Department of Labor Wage Determination. This is a commercial item solicitation. See Section H of the addendum for instructions on how to submit a quote. A site visit will be conducted on January 18, 2012. See paragraph H-4 of the Request for Quotes (RFQ) for additional details.
