- NOTICE 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE PERSUANT TO FAR 19.502-2. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-26. The solicitation number is P12PS20650 and is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). NAICS code: 424720. No paper copies will be sent. Notifications of any changes will be made as modifications to this announcement. To receive an award, vendor must maintain a current registration at www.ccr.gov. The National Park Service, Yosemite National Park (YOSE), intends to issue a Firm Fix Price Contract for 8860 gallons of fuel oil. NAICS Code: 424720. Size standards in number of employees is 100. Statement of Services The National Park Service, Yosemite National Park (YOSE) has identified a requirement to purchase #2 Diesel (dyed off road fuel) to power heating boilers at three Yosemite Valley locations. Total approximate amount of fuel requirement is 8860 gallons.Potential vendors shall provide a 'per gallon' price for the approximate amount of the Government's fuel requirement for the performance period stated below. Delivery Locations and Schedule:: Valley Utility Building Boiler: BLDG 527, 9000 Lost Arrow Drive, Yosemite CA 95389: 1,000 gallon capacity and shall be filled approximately 2 times per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays; Valley Administrative Building Boiler: BLDG 575, 9039 Village Drive, Yosemite CA 95389: 500 gallon capacity and shall be filled approximately one time per week either on Tuesdays or Thursdays. Valley Medical Clinic: BLDG 607, 9000 Ahwahnee Drive, Yosemite CA 95389: 2,000 gallon capacity and shall be filled approximately 2 times per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays; Automatic deliveries shall NOT be authorized for this contract. There is a 45' vehicle length restriction on Hwy 140 west of Yosemite NP. A rock slide near Savage's Trading Post has caused a detour 20 mi east of Mariposa (Mariposa County) with 1-way controlled traffic, 24 hrs a day 7 days a week.
