- FOR ALL INFORMATION PLEASE CONTACT:Man Bun Lau, Electronic Engineer, (443) 395 6394 man.b.lau.civ@mail.mil The U.S. Army is establishing a five (5) year IDIQ contract to meet future requirements. The U.S. Army is seeking to locate and identify vendors who are interested in manufacturing the Grounding Kit Surface Wire, MK-2551A/U, NSN 5820-01-263-1760, SC-D-681610. First Article Test (FAT) may be required for new vendors. The first year minimum order quantity will be 760 each, and the maximum quantity will be 1500 each. In addition, interested source shall provide estimated range prices for the Grounding Kits,MK-2551A/U. These breakout yearly range quantities are: Range A: 1-500, Range B: 501-1000, Range C: 1001-1500. Please also furnish your company technical capability of making these items.
