This is only request for information, do not submit pricing. The Government is only looking for sources that are available to meet the requirements described below. Vendors that can meet the requirements described below are to submit company information: Vendor Name Address Email and Phone Number Cage Code & Duns Number Business Size Submit all information electronically to duryea.williams@va.gov. Phone inquires will not be accepted. InSpectra ST02 systems are needed for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Thomas E. Creek, VA Health Care System, 6010 West Amarillo Blvd, Amarillo, Texas 79106-1990. This request is for the purchase of one (1) InSpectra ST02 Tissue Oxygenation Monitor, one (1) ST02 Spot Check, and one (1) box ST02 Disposable Sensors. This system will be used in the surgical service department at the Amarillo VA Health Care System; items requested must be compatible to the current system and the contractor must provide the equipment and technical support.
