Description: Notice of Intent to Solicit Using Other Than Full and Open Competition Description The U.S. Government currently leases 9,108 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of office space located at 440 Roper Mountain Road, Greenville, SC 29615, under a lease scheduled to expire July 20, 2011. The Government intends to negotiate a five (5) year, three (3) year firm lease at this location at the same square footage based on economic advantage, agency mission, and other factors. The Government will only consider alternative space if economically advantageous. The Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration.
